June 1, 2020
After much thought and consideration, Cedar Bluffs Public Schools has made the decision to hold the 2020 commencement ceremony on Saturday, June 20th at 2:00 pm.
Our June 20th ceremony will look much different than our traditional graduation ceremony held in past years. We will be following recommendations and Directed Health Measures set forth by Three Rivers Health Department and Governor Pete Ricketts. In order to properly follow the guidelines, students will be limited to 12 guests. Students will need to provide a list of attendees no later than June 12th to Ms. Hanzel at tina.hanzel@cbwildcats.org.
We highly encourage that all attendees (students, guests, and staff) wear masks and please stay home if you have a compromised immune system or are experiencing any of the following symptoms:
- Cough
- Fever
- Chills
- Sore Throat
- Shortness of Breath or Difficulty Breathing
The ceremony will begin at 2:00 with guests arriving no earlier than 1:30 through the East entrance. We ask that seniors arrive between 1:15 and 1:30 with their caps, gowns, cords, and medals. Mr. Brousek and Mr. Johnson, our senior sponsors, will be reaching out to seniors with any additional information they may need.
Congratulations to our Seniors!
Thank you,
Tina Hanzel
